This is one of the best shots I got of Billy Joel. Right before this picture was taken, I was told, "Hey, I think he just saw you waving at him! He just looked up at ya!"
One great thing about seeing Billy Joel in concert is that he always walks around the stage and acknowledges everyone throughout the show.
He also strategically places two or three pianos and other keyboards on all sides of the stage (including the back of the stage) so all have the chance to see him perform up close.
