Hi Carol I got a new computer for Christmas and am a newcomer to the internet. I was browsing around a few days ago for cowboy pages and found yours, & what a great website it is. I not only got introduced to you and all of your good looking family, but was entertained with great western music each time I flipped a page. I enjoyed it so much and will visit you often.

Howdy Maam. Love the page you have here. I loved it so much I put that big old link logo on my page so that folks can come from my page to yourns. I was hoping that maybe you would ablige me and do the same, Ah shucks I don't have one of those logo things but I still would be forever holding to you if you linked my page to yourn. (oh by the way the song "Crazy" makes me get all jittery in side if you know what I mean.) Thank you maam and you have a good day you hear now. --- Guy Koch -- P.S. The name of my page is "Guy's Cowboy Poetry Page". Took me and the little woman six days to come up with some kind of orriganal name like that.

Carol, I just love your web site. My husband found it while poking around on the web, looking for sites about cowboys, as we have just developed our own site about Broncho Charlie Miller, who was the youngest rider of the Pony Express. Broncho Charlie was my great uncle, and quite the character. He broke all kinds of records in his 105 years of life, and was with Buffalo Bill's Wild West for a few years. I've written a book about him and am looking for a publisher right now. We've put together a 12 page newspaper to honor this old colorful character, who was born in 1850 and passed away in 1955. Check him out.... Now, I'm going to switch back to your site, and probably won't be to bed anytime soon tonight. It's great! Want to swap links? We would be so honored!

Hello from British Columbia, Canada. I left the ranch in 67 to join the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Regina, Saskatchewan. Dirt has never left me and now take time out from home in town to travel to my own spread outside of town where I collect deer....John Deere. Have a herd of two dozen in the barn and bringing and new one home tomorrow. Most enjoyable this farming. May be a millionair but will always have dirt under my nails. Love your page. Regards,....

Carol, My sincere congratulations on a most unique and highly entertaining site. By far the best site I have ever visited. Having grown up as a boy in the Little Belt mountains of Montana and spending my first 16 years of life on a true cattle ranch, the humor and the music were indeed most refreshing. You are truly an outstanding star on the web site stage.

A small note simply to say I enjoy and have read many of the interesting stories, essays and poems. I live in Northern Alberta Canada, where the old "Wild West" days have kind of gone. Your poetry and story writing is an inspiration to me and hopefully to all readers. I have always enjoyed poetry with music, especially Micheal Murphy's "Where do cowboys Go When They Die". Yer not gonna believe this but a Yankee from Bronx New York sent me the link to this web site/page. She thought it was funny. She was wrong. Some of what you said in the intro brought tears to my eyes because there are so few real Texans left here. Texas has the friendliest people in the world, the best food and the most diverse population and geography of any other state. What other state has white sandy beaches to white capped mountains, Forests and deserts ? I love it. If I am ever forced to leave Texas I will be in a box. Someone find that box please and plant me where I belong.

Frontier ~ Texas Frontier Outfitters
frontier@a-omega.net

Received your email today. Thanks! I sure enjoy your site. It's a cool Texas breeze coming through this little office. When I'm totally wigged out with "Migraine" (my computer) we go to your site to lighten the mood. We currently are working on our site Texas Frontier Outfitters, as I told you. We have a new edition loading on probably this coming week. My pardner, Outfitter, has been burning the midnight oil to get it updated. We are still looking for cowboy poets and humorists who wish to have some of their work used on our site. We would love to link to them or give them recognition or a good hot cup of coffee - whichever they prefer. Please email us at frontier@a-omega.net We would truly love to hear from you all. Our site at this time looks like just a bunch of stuff for sale - but actually Outfitter and I have accumulated products made by Texans - who are wonderful craftsmen but don't have any way to market their items. We are trying to show the world the talents of Texas. This is why we also want to have the poets and humorists. Our "Old Timer's" story page will be coming very soon also. Thanks again - and we truly enjoy your site!!!
