THE WORD OF GOD

  MY VIEW ON THIS STUDY

EMAIL ME

John1:1  In the beginning was the one who is called the Word. The Word was with God and was truly God. 2  From the very beginning the Word was with God. 3  And with this Word, God created all things.Nothing was made without the Word10  The Word was in the world, but no one knew him, though God had made the world with his Word. 11  He came into his own world, but his own nation did not welcome him. 14  The Word became a human being and lived here with us.We saw his true glory, the glory of the only Son of  the Father. From him all the kindness and all the truth of  God have come down to us.

1 John1:1  The Word that gives life was from the beginning, and this is the one our message is about.  Our ears have heard, our own eyes have seen, and our hands touched this Word.

Rev 19:13 The rider wore a robe that was covered with  blood, and he was known as “The Word of God.”

Psalm 119:9 Young people can live a clean life by obeying your word.11 I treasure your word above all else; it keeps me from sinning against you42 Then I will have an answer for everyone who insults me for trusting your word.74 Your worshipers will see me, and they will be glad that I trust your word.  81 I long for you to rescue me! Your word is my only hope.

Isaiah 62:8  The Lord has given his word and made this promise: “Never again will I give to your enemiesthe grain and grapes for which you struggled. 9  As surely as you harvest your grain and grapes, you will eat your bread with thankful hearts, and you will drink your wine in my temple.”
