Hot Chocolate Mix

Irish-Italian Spaghetti
- Hot Chocolate Mix
- 1 box ox powdered milk(8 qt. Size)
- 2 lbs. Nestles Quick or Hershey's Instant
- 1 jar of Coffeemate creamer(14 oz)
- 1 lb of powdered sugar
- Mix ingredients together and store in large sealed containers. To make hot chocolate,
mix 3 Tbs. of mixture with 1 cup hot water. Add more or less to taste.
- Cake Brownies
- 1/4 cup or ½ stick butter or margarine
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 c milk
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 - 1oz squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2/3 c sifted flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/3 c chopped nuts
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg yolks, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir in
chocolate. Sift together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in
chopped nuts. Fold in egg whites. Turn into greased and floured 9x9x2" baking pan.
Bake at 350o for 25 - 30 minutes. Cool and frost. Makes 16.
- Favorite Sugar Cookies(FLUFFY)
- ½ c butter
- ½ c shortening
- 1 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cream of tarter
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
- 3 ½ c flour
- Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs, baking soda, cream of tarter and vanilla
and mix. Mix in flour. Roll on floured area to ½" thick. Cut shapes. Bake on an
ungreased cookie sheet at 425o for 6 - 8 minutes. Frost with icing.
- No Flour Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 1 c white sugar
- 1 egg
- Mix ingredients in order given. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with
sugared fork. Bake at 350o
- Impossible Pumpkin Pie
- 3/4 c sugar
- ½ c Bisquick
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 can(16 oz) pumpkin
- 2 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a greased 9 or 10" pie pan. Bake at 375o until knife
inserted comes out clean. 45 - 50 minutes.
- Chewy Oatmeal Cookies
- 1 c flour
- 3/4 Tbsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c soft shortening
- 1 1/3 packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c uncooked oats
- 1 c raisins or 1 c chocolate chips(optional)
- Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, into bowl. Add shortening, sugar,
eggs and vanilla mixture. Beat until smooth, about 2 minutes. Stir in oats and raisins or
chips. Drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350o for 5 - 7 minutes. DO
NOT OVER COOK.
- Irish - Italian Spaghetti
- 1 - lb ground beef.
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp tabasco sauce
- 1 - 11 oz can each:
- Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Tomato Soup
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 dashes red pepper
- 1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 - 8 oz pkg spaghetti
- Optional: small can of mushrooms
- Cook meat till browned. Drain all but 2 tbs of grease. Add seasonings and cook 5 - 10
minutes. Add soups and sauce and cook 15 to 30 minutes. Pour over cooked spaghetti.
Can add a can of sliced mushrooms and top with grated parmesan cheese.
