As mentioned before, a large flock of what I think are Vireos came into the yard in mid December 2000 and fluttered in and out of the trees like hyped up butterflies. They had been here every year before but not in the numbers, and they never stayed like they have this year. They just moved out... suppose going back north... this past week. As of today, of March 20, 2001, there are only maybe 5 or 6 in evidence.
This one is like the ones that would land on my finger and eat the treat from my hand.
