Obituary Amanda Quinto

QUINTO, Amanda "Mandi" F., 18, of 323 Brook St., died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 1997, at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. She was born in Bristol, March 11, 1979. She was a senior at Bristol Eastern High School, where she was a member of the Bristol Eastern High School Band. She was employed at Super Stop and Shop, Bristol, and was a member of St. Anthony Church. Mandi is survived by her father and stepmother, John and Judy Quinto of Bristol; her mother and stepfather, Debra and Martin Grenier of Watertown; a brother, John J. Quinto II of Bristol; a stepbrother, Andrew Grenier of Watertown; her paternal grandfather, Raymond Quinto of Bristol; her maternal grandparents, Joseph and Joan Rossi of North Fort Myers, Fla.; her maternal great-grandmother, Mary DeMayo of Thomaston; her aunts and uncles, Richard and Patricia Quinto of Bristol, Joseph and Laura Rossi of Thomaston, Jackie and Bucky Laferriere, and Diane and Mike Beane, both of Shenandoah, Pa., and Kathy and Lop Phan of North Fort Myers, Fla.; and several cousins. She was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Ann Quinto; and an uncle, David Quinto. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, 10 a.m., at St. Anthony Church, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Calling hours are being held today, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol. Donations may be made to Mandi Quinto Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Bristol Eastern High School, 632 King St., Bristol.
