The Guenther House Carl Hilmer Guenther, the founder of Pioneer Flour Mills, built this elegant home in 1860. It has been restored by the company and welcome visitors as a museum, restaurant and retail store. The House is located on a bend of the San Antonio River, at the foot of King William, one of the oldest, historical districts in Texas.
