I'm a real novice at the scrapping game. A friend of mine who sells Creative Memories did a workshop at my house and I was hooked. Being a journalist by trade, I find scrapbooking is a natural fit for me. Between the photography and the journalling I use my skills quite nicely. It is a wonderful way to preserve family memories. Here are a few of my pages. They are just album shots with the digi camera.

A page from our trip to English Bay summer 2000

A page commemorating our ferry ride to Nanaimo. I used a ticket and a ferry schedule as part of the page.

My page to remember our hike around Piper's Cove in Nanaimo.

A simple layout using my black and whites I took of the kids on Agate Beach in Oregon. I liked the bordered prints and didn't want to crop them.

Another page of Oregon vacation photos
