Kegham Poochigian (1914-1981)

Kegham Poochigian was an Editorial Executive Member for the publication of
"The History of the Armenians of Charsanjak" by the Compatriotic Union of
Charsanjak. He served on the Editorial Executive Committee along with Souren
Poochigian (Kegham's brother), Khosrov Yerevanian (brother of the author, K. S.
Yerevanian), Louder Arakelian, Arsen Holopigian, and Sarkis Manoogian.
Kegham Poochigian,
the son of Guiragos Poochigian (1870-1915) and Margret Michaelian (1885-1946), married Anahid Matossian in Allepo, Syria in 1944.
Kegham and Anahid (born 1926 in Allepo, Syria) had four children, Guiragos Poochikian
(born in 1945 in Allepo, Syria), Vicken Poochikian (born in 1948 in Allepo, Syria), Makrid
(Maggie) Poochikian Nalbandian (born in 1951 in Beirut, Lebanon), Sonia Poochikian
Sarkissian (born in 1953 in Beirut, Lebanon).
