Souren Poochigian (1912-1957)

Souren Poochigian was an Editorial Executive Member for publication of
"The History of the Armenians of Charsanjak" by the Compatriotic Union of
Charsanjak. He served on the Editorial Executive Committee along with Kegham
Poochigian (Souren's brother), Khosrov Yerevanian (brother of the author, K. S.
Yerevanian), Louder Arakelian, Arsen Holopigian, and Sarkis Manoogian.
Souren Poochigian was
the son of Guiragos Poochigian (1870-1915) and Margret Michaelian (1885-1946).
Souren married Haiganoush Assaturian,
they had four children, Hratch Poutchigian, Varoujan Poutchikian, Arpi Poutchikian and
Vahe Poutchikian who were born in Beirut, Lebanon.
