About the program: The Autism Network for Hearing and Visually
Impaired Persons [ANHVIP] has a data bank project to establish a network for
communication, education, research, and advocacy for those with autism combined with
a hearing or visual disability, and encourage the development of centers to diagnose
and evaluate individuals with these disorders. Educating physicians in the community
and presenting educational sessions at the ASA National Conference each year round
out the objectives of the project. The Network publishes a newsletter every two
months in a section of Advocate of ASA.
Membership in the Autism Society of America is necessary to receive the newsletter.

The educational methods and behavorial approaches here in are not endorsed by the owner of this website. They are listed for informational purposes only. Some parents and educators have raved about some of these methods while others boo hiss them...Remember each child is different if one method worked for all autistic children it would be considered a cure...There is no cure, only trial and error...Good Luck
