A short story from two of Erica's grandchildren, Alex and Ben from Adelaide
Hi I am Alex. On May the 15th 1986 was the greatest day of my parents (Jenny and Greg Quilliam) life! They had a girl, me. They named me Alexandra Kaye Quilliam. I was a bit chubby. At the age of 1 I could roll around and crawl. By the age of 2 I could walk, talk and scream!!!!! By the age of 3 I had tea party's with my teddy bears. When I was 4 I went to kindergarten and drew lots of paintings. When I was 5 I started school and loved it. When I was 6 I had my favourite teacher called Miss Cannizzaro. When I was 7 I did nothing interesting. When I was 8 I started learning the piano. When I was 9 I went on my first camp to West Beach. When I was 10 I went in the Eisteddfod choir and came second. This year I entered senior school.Hi! This is Ben, Erica's grandson.
I am not going to write the story of my life. At the moment I'm trying to work out a cricket team for tomorrow's game. Nothing much is happening in my life. Except for I'm doing well in cricket. Most of the time I'm on the computer playing Cricket 97 or one of my many war games. I have to go now.(March 6th 1998)
