Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup white sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 tsp salt
Cream together margarine, white and brown sugar. Add eggs, salt, baking soda, vanilla and flour. Mix well and then add chocolate chips. Spoon cookies onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
M&M Cookies
2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup M&M/s
Cream margarine and sugars. Add eggs; mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls, flatten slightly and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen large cookies.
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Cream shortening and sugars. Stir in egg, water and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, salt, rolled oats and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonsful onto pan. Bake at 375CF for 6-7 minutes.
Cinnamon Sugar Roll-Ups
1 pkg.yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup margarine
1 egg
salt
1 cup sugar
cinnamon
Combine first 3 ingredients; let stand for
10 minutes. Mix flour, margarine, egg, and salt until crumbly. Mix the
yeast misture and the flour mixture together and divide into 3 balls. Combine
1 cup sugar and cinnamon. Roll out dough in cinnamon/sugar mixture and
cut into wedges like a pie. Roll up outside to middle; let rise for about
15 to 20 minutes. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes on greased sheets.
