I'm a big believer in treading gently on the earth and trying to ensure we leave something for our children and grandchildren, so living in the forest is a great learning experience for my kids about being kind to the earth.

Well, hello!
Thanks for checking out my site, I'm relatively new to the internet and I'm really excited that I'm able to contribute to it.
I am a mum of 5 kids, and a budding ceramic artist gearing up to start my own home-based pottery business. I also started a money sharing business which is starting to boom along and is giving me time to concentrate on my art! I'm looking to branch out to overseas if anyone wants more information - email me!
We live about 35klms east of Melbourne, in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges with an ever changing assortment of pets and live-stock including our 4 guinea pigs, 5 hens, 2 baby chicks (rescued from a battery farm!) and the occassional marauding wombat! We are right on the edge of the Sherbrooke State Forest so we get quite a bit of wild life in our front yard which is great.
We have the 'girls', who supply us with eggs and grow most of our own vegetables and herbs.
I love to cook so check out the recipes, I've gathered them from a number of sources and would love to hear from any-one with a recipe for me - email me! I make my own grog too, so you might find some interesting recipes for a variety of home-brews!
