We have been breeding and raising purebred Labrador retrievers for the past 15 years. Hobocreek whelp and raise their puppies
underfoot in the kitchen. We believe very strongly that puppies need to be exposed to the sights and sounds of a normal household, and therefore let the pups
live with the dishwasher running, phone ringing, smells of dinner being made etc. Socialization is critical to a well rounded confident dog. We love the time we get
to spend with the puppies and perform a temperament test on the pups 49th day to help decide which puppy is best for which family. Along with our
knowledge, this test confirms usually what we have seen and learned about each pup.

We are very proud to be able to extend to our puppy owners written health warranties stating the dog is guaranteed free of hip and elbow
dysplasia before 26 months of age. If the dog is diagnosed with hip or elbow dysplasia, upon receipt of a written report from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA)
or Ontario Veterinary College (OVC), there shall be a replacement puppy of similar quality from the earliest possible litter given to the Purchaser under the same
conditions as contained in this Agreement for Sale, provided the Kennel has received a copy of the veterinarian’s certificate of spay or neuter for the first Dog.
The dog is guaranteed free of Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), juvenile cataracts and other proven inheritable eye diseases for a period of 4 years and must be
tested for same at clinics held in the area or be a Veterinary Ophthalmologist.
We are delighted to add that we have not produced hip or elbows dysplasia or PRA in all the years we have been breeding.
