Sprinkling, Pouring, or Immersion Baptism?

Which way is the scriptual way to be baptized?? Sprinkling, pouring, or immersing? Well, in Rom. 6:4, Paul says, "Therefore we have been BURIED with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life." The definition of bury in the World Book Dictionary is: "v. to cover up; hide" Is sprinkling or pouring covering up? It definitely doesn't hide you. In the example of the Ethiopian eunuch's baptism, Philip and the eunuch went down into the water to baptize the eunuch. Why do that if all Philip had to do was reach his hand in and sprinkle water over the eunuch, or pour a little water over his head? To be buried into Christ, we must be fully immersed. It represents our sins being washed away. To completely wash ourselves, we must cover ourselves with water, not pour a little on us.
