DEBRA DIANE WIGGIN was born in Fort Worth, TX and died when she was 3 months old. It was speculation that the baby died from malnutrition and neglect. Johnnie would give her bottle propped by a pillow. The bottle would roll away leaving the baby unfed. Paul said he had no idea the baby was not being cared for while he was at work. When Debbie died, her grandmother Lela went down to Texas to get the baby in her casket and brought Paul and Johnnie to Gravette, AR. Funeral services were held at the Holiness Bible School. She was buried in the Wann cemetery (Arkansas) near her great grandfather George Wiggin's grave.
