DIANA KAY WIGGIN GARCIA was born 6 Aug 1959, in Washington State, and married Margarita Joe Garcia on 20 Jun 1975. They have four children. Diana moved from New Mexico to Fresno, CA to be with her children. As of May 1994, Diana is married to Derrick, and has the three youngest boys living with them, but later moved to Alaska to be near her folks when Derrick broke parole and returned to prison. She is a grandmother by Isaac and Juanita's babies.
