Robinson Crusoe Fuller
Robinson Crusoe (aka: Robert C) Fuller was born in Buchanan County, Virginia on April 15, 1888. He was the eldest son of Henderson Fuller and his second wife, Mary Jane Matney/Lee Fuller. He married Amanda Elizabeth Osborne on December 1, 1904, in Buchanan County. They had five children, two of whom died at an early age. The three surviving children were Henderson, Dock, and Holland, who was my father. Amanda died in 1913.
Robert married Lousia O Harman on September 2, 1915, also in Buchanan County Virginia. They had 7 children: Mary Fuller Carpenter; Hattie Delphia Fuller Furches; Edward (Edd) Fuller; Clemetine Fuller Blanton; Stuart Fuller; Helen Fuller Kreer; and Joe W Fuller.
Robert died on April 7, 1937, in a Bluefield Hospital, from injuries he received in a Coal Mining accident at Jewell Valley, Virginia. He is buried at the Hale Creek Cemetery in Buchanan County Virginia.
