Hello to everyone in cyber world. I thought you would like to know a little, well a lot, about me. I am the wife and mother in this bunch. My name is Renea (Renee), my parents' had to be different when they named me; however, it is really nice having my very own name. I have only met two other people with it spelled that way in all of my 29 years.
I was born on September 5, 1968 and weighed a whopping 9lbs. 9ozs. I grew up in a small town in Virginia near Richmond. We actually lived in a Sears and Roebuck Catalog house that had been ordered and built back in the 20's. I lived there with my mom, dad and little sister who is four years younger than me. She has her own web page too, check it out for more about her and her husband. Growing up was a lot of fun in my house, my parents were fairly strict when it came to discipline but they let us play with free reign of the house. We used to put a sheet over the table in the dining room and play under it for hours. We played everything, house, baby dolls, Barbies, school, you name it and it was probably drug under that table. We also played the belt line, we would run by my dad and see if he could pop us, crazy, huh?! Other things we did included taking all of the couch and chair cushions off and putting them in the floor and using them as tumbling mats. During the summer we road our bikes about 2 miles to the pool almost everyday, it became our babysitter. We played in the water for so long that mom had to put Visine in our eyes at night from all of the chlorine. Growing up was a blast in my house. When I turned 16 my parents gave me a yellow Volkswagon Bug. My first on the street lesson was hair raising. I took my first curve on two wheels in front of a cop. Slow down for a curve, who me? I thought you could drive 55 all of the time, I found out quickly that those curve signs are there for a reason. I drove that car for 4 years with amazingly only one wreck under my belt.
