There is a Scott Co. marriage for a Permelia Morgan and Henry H. Higdon on 11 Aug 1861 (book 4, p. 13) which would appear to be this Permelia. In 1890, ``Josephus Paarsons,'' and ``Permelia Parsons'' are defendants of a land suit involving Permelia's father's estate. This is apparently be Permelia and a second husband. They were living outside of Indiana at the time of the suit.
