I'm a little uncertain about William's marriage to Nancy Bailey. It seems to be him since ``Levin Ballard'' is surety bondsman (presumably his brother Loving). But if he's at most age 25 in the 1810 census, he'd be marrying awfully young. William received a grant for 200 acres on the Blackberry Grove waterway in Warren Co., Kentucky, surveyed 20 Sep 1806.
