It appears that Hannah and James lived apart for some of the time, possibly for James to work. They divorced by the 1920 census. In 1910, Hannah and her daughter Marie are living with Hannah's sister Joella Houghton. James Sabin and their son Len (Lin) are working as gold miners in Althouse, Oregon.
I'm not positive James and Maude belong as children of James and Hannah. The only source I have for them so far is the Vancouver Cemetery index. They weren't mentioned in Clark County Pioneers, A Centennial Salute and their birthdates make them born before James and Hannah were married. But for now I'm going along with the cemetery index and whatever its reasons for including them were. The cemetery index notes that Section SW 131 S/2 was bought about 1890 by Martin Sabins. The cemetery index also consistently spells the name Sabins, where other sources usually spell it Sabin.
