Named Minnie, born May 1882 in the 1900 census and named Minnie in Geraldine Fitzgerald's records, but named Mary E. on tombstone which gives exact birth and death dates of 17 May 1892 to 10 Nov 1910. I think the tombstone might have the wrong year (off by 10) here since the census has another daughter, Cristina, born in Feb. 1892, and it would obviously be impossible for the two to be born three months apart.
