There is a Sarah Slater, died in 1852, buried in Moscow Cemetery, Muscatine Co. It might be this Sarah. Slaughter was sometimes spelled Slater.

The Cedar Co. marriage index has an entry for a Sarah Slatr married to John Dina (book D, p. 163). Again, I have no idea if it is this Sarah, just a possibility to check out.
