Do I dare dream of things to come in time
             The sad tears I once had are gone away out of my mind.
           My new life is raining diamonds, 
I feel like I have been given a pair of wings
           I can now breathe and do so many wonderful things.
 

           I always had a ray of hope as the rain fell from my eyes
            That someday I could take these dark glasses off 
and see the beautiful  blue sky.
           As I take deep breaths full of memories, 
and remember the things that always gave me a lift.
            Like the moon and the stars and remembering that life is such a priceless gift.
 

              Just walking outside and smelling the fresh crisp air everywhere
         Or running with the wind as if I didn't have a care.
         A fresh start of a new life is more precious than any gem
         With every new breath I take, 
I am thanking my GOOD LORD for all of them.
 

               These raining diamonds put joy in my heart to stay
                I can now live my life year by year not just day by day.
             I can hear the music playing softly in my ear
                As they say, "may I have this dance with you my dear".
