Wondered on every Mother's Day
I never thought I'd find you though
He simply says, "Wipe away your tears
God has answered our prayers
Imagined you in pearls and lace.
Dreamt of your voice; your touch; your love,
Prayed to the Angels up above.
Who you were and what you would say.
Kept a secret place through all the strife
For the beautiful woman who gave me life.
But the Angels searched to make it so.
Fifty-two years have passed us by
Our Heavenly Father doesn't ask "Why."
And put aside your greatest fears."
I love you, Mom with all my heart
I always did from the very start.
and brought us together,
Only this time;
it will be Forever!

A fair haired angel
Through rivers of tears
lt broke her heart
Fifty-two years she kept
Now a beautiful lady
Born that February night
To a mother who loved her
At the first sight
She knew from the start
That she and her baby
Would have to part
For in her confused state
She felt alone and unworthy
And this was their fate
That secret locked in her heart
Until God gave the key
To her missing part
Her baby has grown
A mother's prayer was answered
When God sent her daughter home
