Caring Hearts Ministries is an inter-denominational, non-profit Christian organization dedicated to helping needy people in America and abroad.
Our mission statement is simple.  We believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that He died on the cross for our sins.  We believe he rose again and that we will rise again with him to eternal life.  We believe the Bible is the word of God and that Jesus tells us in his word to "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.  And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age." (Mt. 20:19 - 20).    He also tells us to care for those in need.  (Mt. 25)

We organize several missions trips each year to San Luis, Sonora, Mexico, just 45 minutes south of Yuma, Arizona.  We stay in dormitories at Bethel Orphanage and do missions work in the area.

We minister to the kids at the orphanage. We do services to the local prison for both men and women. We build houses, churches, and other buildings. We work with a local drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. We distribute food at a feeding station in the poorest neighborhood. We minister in churches.We minister in the villages and at the dump.

Wherever we go; we sing, preach, and distribute Bibles, eyeglasses, food, and sometimes, clothing.  We seek to meet the whole need of the person or people God has sent us to.

Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we have a solid core of six leaders and approximately 50 volunteers, though over the ten years of our existence, hundreds have made the trip.

There are usually four trips per year: January, April, June, and late November.  The trips are usually one week long and the cost is approximately $250 per person plus your travel expense from your location.  The June trip is usually for youth groups.
