This day came Joseph T. Love into open court and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that the heirs of James Wright dec'd, to wit: Jesse H. Wright, Winna C. Wright, Elizabeth M. Wright have made choice of the said Joseph T. Love to be their guardian it is therefore ordered by the court that the said Joseph T. Love be and he is hereby appointed guardian of the persons and estate of the said heirs of James Wright dec'd and the said Joseph T. Love having given word and security according to Law, it is so ordered that Letters of Guardianship Issued which was accordingly done.
