This is an Amish Sleepy Teddy quilt that I made
in April 1987. The person who bought it off of me sent it to someone
in Hornepayne, Ontario. This quilt is hand sewn and hand quilted.

Here we have Bearly Asleep, and Bearly Awake. These two quilts were
made by hand in May 1987. Bearly Asleep was bought by Ivan Brosseau for
his granddaughter Kandice Kennedy, from Capreol Ontario. Bearly Awake
is owned by Shannon Seville, who also lived in Capreol at the time.

This heirloom rose quilt was made for a special friend
of mine from Toronto, for his first grandson. Grampa wanted to keep the
quilt for himself, but couldn't do it once Andrew was born. This was
hand made in November 1987.

Unsophisticated Sue was made as part of a quilt challenge
at our quilt guild.I alsso made it with a specific purpose
in mind, as it was to be a bridal shower gift for a friend of mine.
One of the judges thought that the design was childish
and unsophisticated and inappropriate for the challenge.
This one was made in April 1988.

Here we have Choochoo Charlie who was bought by Ivan Brosseau for
one of his twin grandsons, Kory.Most of it is appliqued, and some of the
details were painted on to add a little extra detail.This was made in May 1989.

Here we have Gone Fishing who is a companion to Choochoo
Charlie. This one was made for Korys' twin brother Kody.
This hand made quilt also has details painted on it.

Jack in the box was a christening gift for a friends neice,
Katie Ann Zaparaniuk, who lives in Port Perry, Ontario
This one was made in June 1989.

Barney Bozo is a shadow quilt that was made in July, 1990. This one
was given to Sharon Cote for her nephew who lives in Montreal, Quebec.
