Ky's Testimony
I am going to make it short, simple and to the point. I am not going to preach to you, just tell you simply what has happened in my life. I was raised in a church where I was taught about Jesus but I was never explained about a personal relationship with Him. When I was about 13 I was invited to a Baptist Church where I was told about having a personal relationship with Jesus. It was then that I asked him to come into my heart. But I did not make my decision public at the time. As I got into high school I got into the whole rock & roll scene and after I graduated I even went out to California for a few years. It was there I hit rock bottom and God showed me that what I was looking for I could find in Him. Thanks to a faithful praying friend, when I came back to Houston I was invited to a Christmas party. I met a group of 'real' Christians my age, who accepted me for who I was, and really let Jesus shine through them. I rededicated my life to Christ and made it public this time, by also being baptized.
It has not been an easy road. I think being a Christian is one of the hardest things you could ever do. And I am far from being perfect. But now I have a hope and fulfillment that I was unable to find elsewhere. I know that I am not alone...........

Creed
I believe in God the Father, almighty Maker of Heaven and Maker of Earth and in Jesus Christ His only begotten Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, He was crucified and dead and buried
and I believe that what I believe is what makes me what I am. I did not make it, no it is making me. It is the very truth of God and not the invention of any man.
I believe that He who suffered was crucified, buried and dead, He descended into hell and on the third day He rose again. He ascended in to Heaven where He sits at God's mighty right hand. I believe that He's returning to judge the quick and the dead of the sons of men.
I believe in God the Father, almighty Maker of Heaven and Maker of Earth and in Jesus Christ His only begotten son, our Lord. I believe in the Holy Spirit, One Holy Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, I believe in the resurrection, I believe in a life that never ends.
All it takes is Simple Faith
