This page is dedicated to Kristen. Kristen was born on December 20, 1980 in Pennsylvania and hales from the same town as our favorite groundhog "Phil". Her natural mother is Barbara who still lives in Pennsylvania somewhere but has not kept in touch with the family since she left the last time. I (June) am her step-mother, and consider Kristen to be like the daughter that I will never have. She holds a very special place in my heart and my thoughts and prayers.
Kristen is like many other teens her age. She enjoys music, reading and shopping. Her music tastes are very wide ranging and she likes everything from heavy metal to contemporary pop to celtic classical. She is extremely interested in Arthurian history and legends and anything Celtic.
Kristen attended her Junior Prom last year. It was the first time she had ever attended any major events at school and it was quite exciting for her. She found a beautiful dress and I altered it to fit her very petite frame and she looked stunning in it. Here are pictures of her on our front porch last April (1998) just before we took her to the school.
Kristen will be graduating from grade 12 this year (1999). Kris isn't sure what she will be doing but is working for a couple of temporary agencies while she decides. Kristen desperately wants to travel to California to visit her internet friend Luke and maybe later go to college but she is undecided as to what to take. One thing is for sure, she tells all her friends that she can't wait to get enough money saved to leave home. In the meantime she is saving her money and hoping. Here is her graduation picture.
Unfortunately, we were away in Canada for Kristen's senior prom and graduation but her best friend Mandy's Mom took pictures for us.

Kristen and Mandy got to be really close friends during their senior year at North County High School. The two were almost inseparable.

Kristen is still living at home with Mom and Dad and brothers. She is working at the Bank of America in Baltimore in the Lock Box area. Not much is happening in her life at the moment other than work and home. She is planning on learning to drive this year and perhaps get an apartment of her own. Here is the latest picture of Kris.
