This picture is of the Lewis family in Ontario around 1912. The little guy in the forground is my father, Benjamin Meek, with my grandfather, William Herbert Meek, standing behind him. The lady in the center of the photo with the hat on is my grandmother, Jessie (Lewis) Meek, with her mother, Letti (Hutchins) Lewis in the dark dress standing beside her on her left. Some of the people aren't identified yet.
My research on the Lewis Family has been very interesting and goes back to Glamorganshire, Wales in the 1500's with Edward lewis, However, other genealogists have researched the Lewis name back to 900 A.D.
