Benjamin Hodge, Jr. (1753-1837), turned out from Glastonbury in Capt. Jonathan Hale's company, Col. Erastus Wolcott's regiment, that occupied Boston after the evacuation. He went to sea, 1777, in a merchant vessel, which was captured by the British. He was born in Glastonbury, Conn.; died in Buffalo, N. Y.
