Alexander Thompson (1739-1815) was a refugee to Georgia, where he served as a private. He was born in Scotland; died in Madison County, Ga.
James Alexander (1739-1815) commanded a company in the North Carolina Line.
Samuel Howell (1750-1824) served as a private in the 2nd South Carolina regiment, 1775-78. He was born in North Carolina. Thomas Wells (1757-80) was engaged in the battle of King's Mountain, where he was killed. He was born in South Carolina.
