There are still two more steps. First, choose all the stickers you wish to place on your car. In this picture, you can see we let the paint job do the talking, and the stickers play a background role. Cut the stickers out as close as possible to the color portion. A single eighth of an inch can make a huge difference with your decals.
We used sticker application fluid, but to tell you the truth, it still sucked. The stickers, once down, sealed almost immediately, much to the contrary of all the advertising. You would just be as well off to wash the outside of the body, and place your stickers on with care. Application fluid will run you five to six bucks, and it didn't work as claimed.
Ok, now you have to mount the body. Here is my secret tip: Before you ever place any paint on the car, put the body on it, center it, and X out where you see the body posts on the outside of the body with an xacto knife. This will give you the exact spot you have to drill. Drill these out now, and test out the new body's ride height. You should set the body up so that it doesn't bottom out when the car bottoms out. Thats it, and like this picture, you are done!
