Mission Statement
We are a team committed to lifting up our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We want to draw all men to Him. We want to strive to live out the great commission by making disciples of all nations....teaching them all that He has given to us through His Word. Our heart's desire through this campus ministry is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to grow in the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We want to provide an atmosphere that lifts up Christ first and foremost (Matthew 6:33). We want to be lovers of God that are known by Him (I Cor. 8:3). We all want to walk in His Holiness because without Holiness no one will see God (Heb. 12:14b*). With this in focus we encourage our interns to live a 'fasted lifestyle' during these eight weeks with our campus internship. We encourage our interns to forsake TV, movies, secular music, drinking, smoking, and dating for this special season. To put aside the worldly for a time to gain what is better.....Luke 10:42. Our intent is not to promote legalism but to lift up Jesus in our lives as our Lord. He is worthy of a life lived fully for Him!
*Note: Verses on Holiness: Romans 6:19-23 ~ II Cor. 7:1 ~ Eph. 5:1-16 ~ Heb.12:10-14
"Part of what I learned in Thailand was a lesson of the fruits of kindness and patience, when they are tried and tried I had to realize that I died, Christ lives in me and then the fruit comes not of my effort but of my surrender." Beth Anne ~ Summer 2001.
We thank God for you and your faithful prayers for our family and our team.
'Arise, shine , for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light and kings to the brightness of your dawn.'
Isaiah 60:1-3
