CORN HUSK CRAFT:
Corn Husk Wreath

You may dye the corn husks any color or leave them in their natural shades. Bend the 16 gauge wire into a rounded shape *. Fold each corn husk leaf in half. Pair the ends together and bind to the circle of wire, overlapping each leaf. Continue until you have gone around the the hoop. Tuck the last corn husk ends underneath the beginning corn husk to complete. This makes a basic corn husk wreath. You can decorate it with ribbons, flowers, natural items (dried flowers, nuts, etc.) or with seasonal ornaments.   * The size of your wreath (in diameter) is determined by the length of wire you use.   Experiment with different size wreathes and color combinations.
