FAVORITE  FAMILY  RECIPES



ZUCCHINI NUTBREAD

3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
2 cups of shredded zuccini
1 cup of nuts (pecans, walnuts, etc.)
1 cup of raisins
3 eggs
1 cup of oil

Combine all ingredients and mix well by hand.
Pour into two 9x5x3" loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 30-45 minutes.
