This is my show string, or at least what my show string was at ACL. It was over 40 horses strong! We had a very good day...had a lot of NAN qualifiers plus a halter overall reserve grand champion, FDL Just the Facts! That's my friend Kathleen hiding in the corner of the frame. HI KATHLEEN!!!
The CM Arabian class! A lot of beauties in this one. You can see Aramis (my black Arab) in this shot along with FDL Sans Serif, the loud palomino Sham CM of mine.
This is a Rejoice I saw there...I liked her tack a lot!
This was the OF western trail class.
The CM Warmblood class. The Infinity won, but Athos (the pieblad Dutch Warmblood, LB sized) did get his share of admirers. But never mind, since Athos NANed in a very difficult class at Stampede! vive le comte! (Sorry, I've been reading Alexandre Dumas again!)
The CM Arabian class...I wish this photo had come out better! *groan*
Now THIS was a hilarious entry! The Destecado resin as dumped his rider in front of this fence while Brenda hurries up to see what's gone on. Destecado has this look that just says, "you're going to catch me? NO WAY." After I took the picture they added another horse and rider that were cantering off to catch the loose horse.
This is my Collector's Class entry for Stampede...it's entitled The Gaited Breed Conspiracy. Almost all these models have snake eyes...maybe they're not from earth or Breyer like we suspected!
