After finishing the outerwall insulation, they laid the roof with 1" Plywood.....maybe this is why the roofs cannot withstand tornado's....?
The top photo is from the front elevation of the house and the bottom from the back. The area in the back that is not covered with the insulation board will be covered with shingles. A PVC like material that would not put too much weight on the roof of the breakfastnook.
