Malinda Broughton
is the daughter of Nathan Broughton
Junior and Ann Tomb. She was born in Delmar Township, Tioga
County Pennsylvania around 1858. Malinda married Samuel England
and had five children: Joseph, Matie, George, Alany and Caroline.
All five were born in Tioga County, PA. The two youngest children,
Alany and Caroline, were born in 1876 and 1878, respectively.
Mary Broughton,
the daughter of Nathan Broughton Junior and Ann Tomb, was
born in Delmar Township, Tioga County Pennsylvania around 1859.
Mary married twice. Her first husband was Bert Crotsley with
whom no issue is known. Mary's second husband was Marion Bendle,
a Pennsylvania-native born around 1849. The couple had two sons:
Charles (b: ca. 1876) and Benjamin (b: ca. 1879), both born in
Pine Twp, Lycoming Co., PA.
Annice M. Broughton, the daughter of
Nathan Broughton Junior and Ann Tomb, was born in Delmar Township,
Tioga County Pennsylvania around 1865. Annice married Wesley
Emmick and had six children in Morris Township, Tioga County,
PA:
Two of Annice's daughters, Grace and Hazel, married men named whose last name was Heyler.
Annice died March 1, 1931 in Morris Twp. Her husband, Wesley,
passed away around the year 1945.
Louella Broughton
is the daughter of Nathan Broughton Junior and Ann Tomb. She
was born in Lycoming County Pennsylvania around 1867. Louella
married David Hostrander around 1891 in Tioga County, PA. Hostrander
was born in McHenry Twp. PA around 1864. The couple had two children:
Grant and Bertha, both born in Cammal, Lycoming County, PA. Louella
died around 1912 in Tioga County, PA.
Clara Edith Broughton, the daughter
of Nathan Broughton Junior and Ann Tomb was born in Morris Twp,
Tioga County Pennsylvania on March 31, 1871. On September 12,
1888 in Corning, Steuben County, New York, Clara married John
Seymour Hostrander. Hostrander was born on Sept. 7, 1868 in Okome
Pennsylvania to Benjamin J. Hostrander and his wife Ellen Hanna
Crowley.
Clara and John would have six (6) children:
Clara would outlive her husband by more than 25 years.
John died on June 21, 1925 in Pennsylvania. Clara lived in Pennsylvania
until March 11, 1952, just 20 days shy of her 81st birthday.
Martha Viola Broughton
is the youngest child of Nathan Broughton Junior and Ann Tomb.
She was born in Delmar Township, Tioga County Pennsylvania around
1879. Martha married Walter I. Campbell. She died around the
year 1908 in Pennsylvania.
