1. In what country & what century was the Broughton Castle built? England: In the 13th Century around the year 1242 John de Broughton was the owner of the Castle which is now owned by Lord and Lady Saye and Sele.

6. During the Reconstruction Era following the Civil War, a former-Confederate officer named Colonel Edward Thomas Broughton ran for and was elected to serve as a State Senator. Can you name the state? Texas: He served in both the 12th and 13th Legislature in 1870 and 1871.

7. During World War II, military leaders of the Allied Forces were in Britain. One leader was US General Dwight D. Eisenhower. All of this is true. Is the next statement true too? 8. During the Vietnam War, US Colonel Jack Broughton was court-martialed for destroying evidence in an effort to protect two men under his command who bombed a target they weren't supposed to.

9. Lord Erroll, a British nobleman, was killed in Kenya in 1941.
