Genealogy Pages: Herbert Broughton offers more than your
typical genealogy page. Check out the Broughton wills and other
court records on his home page, especially if your Broughtons
are in the Carolinas or England.
- Norman
Soldheim's Home Page: Norman has a few Maryland Broughtons
in his old family tree and has traced the line back to the 17th
century. Just go to his Surname Page & look for Broughton.
- Campbell
/ Rowley : Surnames: It may be called Campbell/Rowley, but
this database, maintained by Beth Wills, contains more than one-hundred
Broughtons in the US in the 1800's. Just click Broughton in her
list of surnames.
- Johnson
Acres: Shawn Byrd-Johnson takes her Kentucky Broughtons online
among other surnames. Just look for the Broughton link, and don't
miss her Archives.
- John
Wesley Broughton Page: Cybernet Denis as he's known on the
web is a Broughton descendant and proudly posts his pedigree
on his web page.
- My
Confederate Ancestors: Among the many ancestors Mary Barnes
has online, she includes the story of Edward T. Broughton Jr.,
a Civil War POW.

Page: Ben Broughton offers a page chocked full of
descendants of James Broughton of South Carolina (1807).
- Descendants
of Willoughby Broughton: Gary Braughton and his brother,
Dave, have a large database of Broughtons (Braughtons) as part
of their online family tree, starting with Willoughby in the
early 1700's.
- Descendants
of Dick Harvin: The surname in the title may be Harvin,
but you'll find a lot of Broughtons too if you check out James
Frank Godfrey's Index of Names web page.
- Oddballz
Genealogy Emporium: David Scott Ball has a large gedcom
database of surnames, and among them are some Broughton ancestors
in Texas.
- Amelia's
Alabama Genealogy: Amelia's index of Alabama ancestors
also happens to include some Broughtons in the bunch, so check
out her index if you're searching for some 'Bama Broughtons.

Family History Database: Nigel Batty-Smith has quite
