Wine/Soy Sauce Marinade
3 cups of white wine
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons of onion powder
1/2-3/4 cups os soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Mix well;use to marinate your favorite meats. For best results meat should be marinated overnight.

Basic Meat Marinade
3/4 cups of canola oil
1/4 to 1/2 cups of soy sauce
4 tabelspoons of honey
1 to 2 tabelspoons of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of green onions chopped
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
Mix all the ingreidents in a bowl and pour over your favorite meat, to really let the flavor come out in meats you should poke holes with a fork and let it marinate overnight!
Lemon Butter Sauce
1 stick of butter
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
cayenne pepper to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Melt the butter; stir in the remaining ingredients, serve over fish.
Pork Chop Marinade
1-20 ounce can of crushed pineapple( drain the liquid)
3-4 cloves of fresh garlic minced
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of brown sugar
Mix together in a bowl all of the ingredients listed and use on pork chops!
Burger Topper
1 cup of * Hellmans real mayonnaise
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of chili powder
4 drops of hot pepper sauce
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients together; cover and chill.
Top on hamburgers or mix in tacos.
Another Pork Chop Marinade
2-3 teaspoons of minced garlic
1/2-1 cup of soy sauce
1/4-1/2 cup of honey
1/2 -1 cup of brown sugar
Combine all the ingredients and pour over the pork chops and marinade
all day.
Cook out on the grill or bake in the oven at 350 degrees until done!
*You really have to work with the ingredients, I guess it depends on how
sweet you would like it to be but let me tell you this is a great
marinade!
Marinade For Chicken
1 bottle of italian dressing
1-2 pounds of boneless chicken breast
Peirce the chicken breast,place in a glass baking dish and pour over the italian dressing. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Grill as desired. The longer it sits in the dressing the better it taste!
Creole Sauce
1 onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup of green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
dash of pepper
In a saucepan saute' the onion and green pepper in the butter until tender. Stir in the ketchup, water, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes uncovered. Stirring occasionally. Brush over meats.
Sauce for ham
1 cup of apple sauce
1/2 cup of apple butter
1/2 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of maple syrup
Combine all the ingredients together and simmer until bubbly. Pour over your ham and bake!
