Any DD fans over in the US lucky enough to have bought the Sunday magazine PARADE should by now know some more details on DD's long-awaited film 'Playing God'. From what I can gather (although I'm not sure as I didn't read it myself and have had to rely on British sources- namely Xpose and Dreamwatch). The film will be released stateside around December 5th and I think it will be rated 'R'.
Apparently Duchovny was advised against making the film because it would have been bad for his image and because female fans may object to seeing himas a drug addicted surgeon. Well, guess we'll have to wait and see...
Also in DD's area has been the news of his marriage sometime last May to 'Naked Truth' star Tea Leoni. Rumours have been following the couple ever since: her mouthing off about all his ex-girlfriends, David getting very angry at some reporters pestering him and his wife directly after their honeymoon and pregnancy speculations. Needless to say many of the rumours are unsubstantiated and so I'm taking most of it with a pinch of salt, but their hasty marriage does make one wonder.....
