Sailor Pluto is the newest Sailor Scout. She is the guardian of time and space. She helps the Scouts by putting them in Reeny's dream so they can stop the Grim Man. She calls Reeny Small Lady and Reeny calls her Pu. As of yet, she hasn't been called Celia in the show yet, but that is her official name on the back of the doll box.
