Just to confirm the other comment about Sidney. It's a very honest person, I'm from Mexico and I'm very happy, because I trust in a person that really take care the clients. No doubt, if anybody wants to remember the past Miss Universe, Sidney is the best choice. I recommend you to all the world that enjoy pageants.

Sidney is a very honest and nice person. I am so impressed with how Sidney treated me, with so much professionalism and integrity. Sidney is the first person whom I have dealt with regarding pageant tapes and I'm truly satisfied I'm sorry to hear about other peoples' experiences with other pageant-traders. His name is Dalton Smith from South Africa. He agreed to send me Face of Africa and Miss Sotuh Africa 2000 in exchange for two old Miss Universe's, which I promptly sent, by registered mail. He never replied to my e-mails after I told him I had sent the tapes. Not even one response. He is obviously a con artist, and not only did I go through the effort of making his tapes, but I paid extra for registered mail beyond the large cost. don't agree for any trade with him.

This individual and I agreed to trade. I mail him the copies he requested, but never received his. He blamed the delay on a postal strike, but as after six months, everytime I ask, he says he is mailing them and I have yet to receive the promised tapes. Be aware!

This gay (he confessed in the e-mail he is a gay), called himself as Angel had cheated me close to US$300 by promising to sell me 10 Miss Universe and 1 Miss World tape but never delivered it. He stayed in Pasig City, Philippines and have requested me to deposit themoney into his account in Bank of Philippines Island Family Bank (BPI) first before sending me the tapes. He posted a message more than a year ago in Pageant Central Message Board mentioning that he has Miss Universe 1966 to 2000 and wanted to look for any buyers. I e-mailed with him and agreed on our deal and deposited all the money in his bank account. However, I never recieved any tapes. After that, he started to be unfriendly (even though he did yell before earlier when I took some time to deposit my money into his bank account) and claimed that he had sent the tape. However when I asked him for the receipt, he claimed that he also lost it. Who will believe him? After that, he hardly replied my e-mail and even make-up stories that he is in hospital and others. After more than one year until now, I still haven't recieve my tapes. Pageant fans, please do not be cheated by him (even though it may be easy for him to use another name or info). Thank you.

He said send me a pageant Tape, but untill now i have receive nothing. He keep push me ask me to send mine,but i told him, i willsend mine after i recievd his.What make me wait for him to send his first, becouse he alwys change his word, First he said he have mail the tape, after that he said he will mail soon.And he only give his cousin address, why not his own address?. Even he said his friend warn him not to trade with me as i'm a lying.But when i ask his friend name his unable to give me.Any one know about this blackheart person from philippines?Please advise me. So far , i never fail to send the tape to person who send to me.And i only have very limited copy. Most of my tape i get from Brazil, swapper name is Sergio Vital He so good in Trading. I suggest anybody to trade with him, as he always on time.

I have yet to recieve my tape in the trade from this person, who has numerous times, told me he would send it. Anyhow, it has become obvious that he never had any intention of sending anything, and if he ever does, it will be completely overdue! Do not get yourself involved in a trade with this person.

This individual accepted to do a trade with me. We agreed to send out tapes. We both e-mailed each other stating we had mailed the tapes. He then sent me a message when he received mine and stated he did no like the quality and was not going to send me any tapes (even though he had previosuly said he had mailed them). DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE ME. This is the only time I have been deceived trading tapes.

This person had agreed to trade with me a pageant from brazil since he was there on vacation then. Though I mailed him the tapes in his dormitory address..........its been 3 months now when i last heard from him........he bothered me so much when my tapes i sent him arrived late......but when he received them .....thats the last time i heard from him. Our postal office told told me that mailes from brazil usually are dealyed like 1 month or so but not 3 months.......so he could possiblky did not mail mine...........so I have tried to emailed him a lot of time at least 3 times a week but no reply after all..........

This person is a liar and owes a number of pageant tapes from honest swappers. This individual is an impostor. So watch out for his name! If you want to get back your tapes, we can all organize to contact his university and file charges or complaints against this individual. His school e-mail address is psingh@csulb.edu. I need to report a one way swap. This is with Garrett Richardson in Georgia. We were supposed to swap 8 pageants. I sent him his on Nov. 5, 1999, and I haven't heard from him since. In early December I was contacted by a individual named Antero Balbunea (from Vancover, Canada). He contacted me claiming to have 3 Miss Universe pageants I wanted so I dubbed the pageants he wanted and put them in the mail at my first chance. Then I got an email from him dated December 8th saying he had mailed mine 2 days earlier. Well, last week I e-mailed him a quick note and got nothing, then I e-mailed a stronger message saying if I did not receive the tapes or a reply then I would do well something on this nature (report him as an errant swapper). To date I have not gotten any tapes or a response and I do check my email several times a day.

Danny (GrVlGuy28@aol.com) agreed to swap videos with me in June. He agreed to accept a partial recording of Miss Universe 1988 in exchange for Miss Teen USA 1989. I sent him the tape in June and have not received mine. I sent him an e-mail every other week since June and only heard from him once in August. I finally warned him if I did not receive the tape by this month I would have to report him to Mabuhay. To this date I have received no reply and no tape.

Same problem, same person. Like Jimmy, I also had problems with this person--Danny Seagraves. We agreed on trading two pageants. I sent his copy of tapes, but he never sent mine. I have contacted him numerous times, sent him several e-mails, and even talked "online". He assured me that my tape is "done" and it will be sent out. I waited and waited, but it never arrived. I got to talk to him again "online" and explained to him that I never received the tape. Again he told me "it's been sent out." E-mailed him many times but he has deleted all of them and never responded. Till this day, I have yet to see that tape!!

Danny Seagraves owes me three tapes. I made an agreement with him to trade three tapes for three tapes, and held my end of the bargain. I sent his tapes in July, and I have yet to receive mine. I've contacted him 5 times, if not more, and he responded to my second request for my tapes, saying that he had some problems and couldn't send them when I had sent mine to him. He assured me he would get them out right away...and nothing.
