DISCIPLINE:

I hope I’ll never have to use disciplinary measures against any of the Ossus brigade’s members but in order to keep order in the organization it is mandatory that we observe a certain discipline regarding some offensive behavior that some people may have.

-Salute :

When an enlistee encounters an officer, it is mandatory that respect is shown to him. Saluting is the best way to do it. Enlistees are ranked from private to sargeant and they shall salute any officer they meet by typing *S*. They are working for you guys so give them a high five. This applies to DJO officers as well.

I recommend that each of you have a look to the members list and learn who they are.

-Chain of command :

Use the chain of command in order to let the information flow to everyone. If you have something to tell me, talk to your BL and he’ll talk to the XO and XO will talk to me. I’ll answer the XO, XO will answer to BL and BL will answer you. This doesn’t mean you can’t talk to me or the XO when you step in the zone, we’re always willing for a good game.

-Real life :

It will happen that real life matters will keep you from be active for a certain amount of time. Here is my policy…Real life is what counts the most and prevails over anything else so I want you to know that if a Real life matter occures and you can’t play for two weeks or five days, just send an e-mail to your Battalion leader with the reason and the amount of time you plan on being unactive and he’ll acheive it to me via the chain of command and I’ll put you on the reserves list and you’ll be re-established to your position as soon as you get back, if you don’t take the arrangements with us you might end up in the MIA list and replaced by another player.
