How? Well, he and his scientists extrcted dinosaur DNA from a mosquito that had been fossilised for millions of years. Now, before the park can be opened he needs a paleontologist and his paleobotonist girlfriend to indorce the park and give it the final go ahead. What they don't count on is all the dinosaurs breaking free from their paddocks and attacking the human guests.
